Create a new Yotpo keyword

In Yotpo, go to Audience/Subscriber Collection Tools, then on the Keyword card, press Set it up

In Create a Keyword modal, press Set up Keyword

Then, enter the KEYWORD and press Set up message

Edit Reply message, then clickActivate Keyword

Then, Copy the keyword
