In Settings, go to SMS/Subscribe links and click Create link

Expand Link configuration

Then select which List new subscribers will be added to. Select the Keyword that subscribers respond with and edit the SMS message content, then press Save
Pro tip: Edit the SMS message content to match your current campaign. (E.g. "Send this text to join the giveaway")
