In Settings, go to SMS/Short links and click Create subscribe link

Then in Mobile experience section select the Keyword associated with your existing list, edit the SMS message content and press Save

Pro tip: Edit the SMS message content to match your current campaign. (E.g. "Send this text to join the giveaway")
