Create a new Text-to-Join Keyword

In Klaviyo, click your organization namein the bottom left corner, then Settings

Navigate to SMS/Keyword Responses

Scroll down to Subscribe Keywords section, then click Add keyword

Input your Keyword, then pick the destination list, then choose whether you want the keyword to be double or single opt-in and finally click Save
