How to switch SMS or Email providers in HiTide

In HiTide, go to Settings, then in Subscribers section Disconnect the old provider. Then click + Add Integration

In Select an Integration page, Connect the new provider

Then in your Dashboard go to Active campaigns / Drafts and Edit the campaigns

In your campaign page scroll down and open the SMS opt-in or Email opt-in section and change the list ID from your new provider

Click Save as standard config so the new campaigns will use the new opt-in settings moving forward. Then click Save changes
