Created for active lifestyles, Enso Rings are ideal for people who work with their hands, love adventure, or simply want a flexible, everyday ring option. With a range of designs and colors, they offer a blend of style and function for any occasion.
Enso Rings uses Klaviyo to power their SMS marketing strategy - a key channel for reaching and converting customers. They were looking to tap into their vibrant Instagram community of over 247k followers, and convert as many as possible to Klaviyo SMS subscribers.
They tapped HiTide and their agency Lunar Solar Group to develop and execute on this vision.
With HiTide (a Klaviyo Technology Partner) powering IG DM automation and Lunar Solar Group guiding their social and SMS strategy, Enso Rings launched a series of conversational opt-in flows that perfectly aligned with their brand voice.
This included multiple campaigns launching over the course of a few months:
A Call to Action in Bio and Story Highlight offering a secret discount
A Gift Card Giveaway themed around Enso Rings’ company birthday
An Early Access Sale tease post and stories hyping a “May the 4th” Star Wars collection sale.
Campaigns were primarily organic, with a small budget that Lunar Solar Group allocated to Paid Social for boosting content post-launch.
By sending Meta-approved instant Direct Messages to followers who engaged with their social content, Enso Rings delivered compelling offers to new potential customers through a familiar yet often underutilized and captivating channel.
They enabled followers to sign up to their SMS list - without needing to leave Instagram or navigate confusing link-in-bio solutions.
Thanks to HiTide’s seamless integration with Klaviyo, Enso Rings and the Lunar Solar Group team could effortlessly monitor real-time subscriber status, track list growth, and measure post-campaign opt-out rates—all while upholding strict TCPA compliance.

Approximately 44% of participants who received Enso Rings’ automated DM opted into the Klaviyo list.
Even more impressively, 75% of SMS opt-ins from the campaign were brand-new subscribers!
By using HiTide, Enso Rings was able acquire net new SMS subscribers at an effective cost* of $1.38 - before factoring in subsequent purchases, and including full retail value of giveaway prizes.
Campaign subscribers were high value: those who went on to purchase had an AOV (average order value) of 137% compared to Enso Rings’ overall AOV.
Enso Rings achieved all of this while building valuable zero-party data by tagging both new and existing Klaviyo SMS subscribers with properties specific to the HiTide campaign.
